UV Radiation

The UV range can be divided into 3 parts

The Hungarian Meteorology Institute regularly inform about UV index, the UV-B radiation intensity.

The period of 11-15 hours, when the UV index is the most. During this period, you should refrain to stay on the sun, and staying in shade use high SPF creams.

In summer care not to have sunburn. Using high SPF creams our skin could be protected from sun rays. Avoid the sun between 11 and 15 hours. The formation of vitamin D is appropriate the morning and late afternoon sunlight.

Do not forget, that tan is not harmful, only the sunburn.
